The landlord may list the property on our website & any potential tenant may email the landlord if they have any interest for the property.

Step 1. Our agents will attend the property to take professional images, take the measurements and draw up the floor map along with provide the important description.

Step 2. Then our team will market your property on Zoopla, on the Market and Prime Location.

Step 3. We will organise viewings and enquiries.

Step 4. If both parties are happy to proceed, we will complete a basic reference check and provide the landlord with all the information required in connection to the tenants.

Step 5. Our team will generate an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) for both parties, both of which will receive respective copies of the AST.

Step 6. As part of the Easy Let process Rent - Source will collect the first month's rent from the tenant, ensuring the amount is paid in full. We notify you immediately and release this to you once the tenants have moved in.

Step 7. All rent deposits taken will be registered with Deposit Protection Scheme.

MARKETING YOUR PROPERTY - We use professional photos and advertise your property on our website and on Zoopla

REFERENCING - Using an independent third party agency we check CCJs, credit score, previous landlord history, bank details, immigration status and employment references.

THE TENANCY AGREEMENT - We use an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, no extra charge.

COLLECTING DEPOSIT - A six week deposit is collected prior to the tenant moving into the property and registered with the ‘DPS’. No extra charge.

COLLECTING THE RENT - We collect this on your behalf and forward the net rent to you each month accompanied by a detailed statement of account.
